Tricom has vast experience with a wide variety of coding and indexing techniques and a large team of highly experienced staff to handle the most critical projects.

We provide Indexing service to clients across the United States, Canada and the United Kingdom. We offer services for a variety of forms, such as:

• Wage Sheets
• Airline Bills

Every indexing and coding project is unique. The Tricom project management team works with you to identify all your indexing and data requirements. Each data element is classified into critical and non-critical categories. Critical data elements are captured with accuracy levels of 99.998% or higher.

For critical fields we apply the highest indexing standards, including combinations of double key entry and/or OCR/ICR. We also utilize look-up verification databases, logical field checks and proof reading concepts to ensure highest levels of accuracy in the output data.

For objective data (such as social security numbers, check numbers, preprinted invoice numbers, etc.) the indexer or OCR tool is trained to find the correct data and enter it accurately, in addition to appropriate verification and quality techniques.

For subjective data that involves decision making and interpreting information (for example, recognizing document types from hundreds of possibilities, or reading and identifying the parties to a title transfer as the grantor or grantee) we create unique coding manuals and training programs for each project.

Each project begins with a thorough, detailed project analysis phase followed by a rigorous testing phase. For each project, Tricom assigns a Project Manager who interacts with the client to understand the project specifications and business rules. Detailed queries are raised for which clarifications are obtained from the client. The Project Manager then prepares a Project Plan and initiates development of the required software.

Tricom uses its Proprietary software, developed by the In-House Systems Development Team. After the Systems have been tested, we provide a sample output to the client for review. Once the client approves the sample output, the project goes live as per the client’s schedules.

Tricom also provides its clients secured and dedicated FTP logins and passwords so that they can upload their images and receive data from Tricom. Alternatively, we can download images from the client’s FTP site.
